Ingredients: Nettle leaf (Urticae folium), Birch leaf (Betulae folium), Chicory root (Cichorii radix), Spiny restharrow root (Ononidis radix), Herniaria herba (Herniariae herba), Liquorice root (Licorice or Liquiritiae radix), Willowherb (Epilobii Herba), Bearberry leaf (Uvae ursi folium), Parsley leaf (Petroselini folium).
Effect: It calms inflammatory processes and alleviates the problems that occur due to benign prostatic hyperplasia (frequent, difficult and painful urination, sudden urge and delayed onset of urination, weak and intermittent flow of urine, inability to completely empty the bladder). Helps reduce an enlarged prostate.
Use: Put one tablespoon of tea in 250 ml of cold water and bring to a boil. When it boils, leave the tea on low heat for another minute to cook. Then remove, cover the tea, and let it steep for 30 minutes. Strain the tea and drink it. Repeat the procedure 3-4 times a day.
