Ingredients: Marshmallow root (Althaea officinalis), Cheeses herb (high mallow or Malva sylvestris), Lungwort leaf (Mary’s tears or Pulmonaria officinalis), Coltsfoot (Tussilago farfara), Olive leaf, Thyme, Plantain, Fennel fruit, Ginger root.
Effect: The tea mixture helps break down and expel mucus from the lungs, stimulates the regeneration of the mucous membranes of the respiratory tract, relieves cough irritation, helps protect the body from viral and bacterial infections. Demonstrates beneficial effects in relieving allergy symptoms. In addition to cleansing and regenerating the respiratory system, it contributes to ensuring a sufficient supply of oxygen to the lungs and strengthening the resistance of the respiratory tract to infections.
Use: Pour 2dL of boiling water over one teaspoon of tea, leave covered for 5-10 minutes, stir occasionally, and then strain. Drink tea prepared in this way 3-4 times a day. Always prepare a fresh tea beverage.
